I can only speak about my own room but it was exceptionally clean and the bed was firm with a soft top layer. Check in was easy and the employee working the front desk was very professional and nice to deal with. I also enjoyed their breakfast selection and was glad I did not have to leave to find a hot breakfast meal. I watched another employee working that section the morning of my visit and he was constantly cleaning the area that needed tending to as guests arrived. It was another example of the cleanliness provided to their guests.

breakfast items were good. yogurt, fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage gravy, buscuits and bagels, breads and assorted sweets, cereals, coffee and tea. I prefer just a plain black tea - like Lipton. There was a variety of tea but more specialty types - which most would probably appreciate.

This place is a great place to stay and easy on the wallet. While we stayed there the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast was good and the breakfast person Kevin hustled to keep up with the morning crowd. Our stay was great from the start with Cruz affording us some special accommodations that we greatly appreciated. This place gets full so book your stay early. Clean rooms, good breakfast and centrally located. We Recommend this place.

We got in late but the staff was just as warm and welcoming as an afternoon check in! Kind, engaging, and just what we needed after an 11 hour drive. The room was perfectly clean, very comfortable, and reminded me of a pricier hotel. First time staying in a Sleep Inn (had never seen them before!) But won't be my last, thanks to this stay.

Everything was clean and neat. The staff was extremely friendly when we checked in, and the next day when we asked for extra towels. We actually had to cancel our last night because our childcare got sick. They kindly refunded our last night without any fuss at all. The breakfast was good. Not great, but good.

Booking.com did not send over my reservation so the person at the desk said they did not have a room reserved for us. He said this has been happening a lot lately. Thankfully he did some investigating and found our reservation on booking.com

Awesome value in my eyes for the quality of room the bed was as comfortable as any Hotel as I have ever stayed in.

I was in town for a basketball game and was met with a very friendly gentleman at the desk. He gave me directions to Alabama A&M and was very helpful, friendly and funny. He took away any worries I had. The hotel was quiet and the location was great. Nice comfortable room also. I will stay here again!
